Recreational gymnastics is for school-age kids ready to build real skills across all four events. No experience needed — coaches meet each gymnast where they are and help them grow from there.

A first class

Kids warm up together, then rotate through events with their group. Coaches introduce foundational skills, spot safely, and celebrate progress so every gymnast leaves feeling capable.

What to wear & bring

A leotard or fitted athletic wear — leggings or shorts with a fitted top. Hair tied back, bare feet on the gym floor, and a water bottle.

Does my child need experience?+

No. Recreational gymnastics welcomes beginners and meets each child at their current level.

How do kids progress?+

Gymnasts progress at their own pace through skill-based milestones. Coaches track progress and help each child set their next goal.

What age is recreational gymnastics for?+

Recreational gymnastics is for school-age children, generally 5 and up. Please confirm the current age groupings in the parent portal or by calling us.
