A first class

After a dynamic warm-up, kids rotate through obstacle and apparatus stations. Coaches demonstrate each challenge, spot safely, and scale the difficulty so every kid finds a win.

What to wear & bring

Athletic clothes that stay put while climbing — fitted tops, shorts or leggings. Bare feet on the gym floor. Bring a water bottle.
