The guidelines we will follow:

We will operate at 50% less occupancy by implementing the following procedures

​

We ask parents and spectators to consider not observing in person where possible.

​

• The exception is for preschool parents, preschoolers will be allowed 1 parent per child

• We will have limited seating at this time following social distancing guidelines.

• We are pursuing a live feed that you can watch on your device. 

       

Teams will be coming in during the day to reduce the occupancy in the gym during the evening

​

The following will go into immediate effect

​

• Equipment will be disinfected after each use, the entire gym will undergo cleaning periodically throughout the day and each evening

• Frequently touched surfaces in the bathrooms and waiting area will be cleaned every 2 hours

•  We will have a touchless check-in

• All employees will be required to wear a mask

• Water fountains will be closed, please bring your own water bottle.

•  Complimentary coffee will not be available at this time

• No shared equipment, equipment will be disinfected after each use. 

 

Upon entrance to the gym, all employees and students will be screened with the following questions and have their temperature checked. 

 

• Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

• Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?

• Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

• Have you had a new loss of taste or smell?

• Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

• Temperatures will be screened upon entry.  

 

During the break, we have updated our facility with some features to help with the safety of our families, we now have:

• touchless soap dispensers

• touchless paper towel dispensers

• touchless door openers for the bathrooms

• hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility

 

We are excited to announce new features in the gym to add to your safety and have a better gym experience.
