On Monday, October 21st, a member of our coaching staff and a member of our gym family, Glenna Cooper, unexpectedly lost her husband, Carl.

 

Carl was the father of 3 Gym Counts gymnasts/staff members, Jessie, Zack and Bobbie Sue.

 

Jessie is a former gymnast and staff member, Zack was a gymnast and currently assists in the Ninja Class, and Bobbie Sue is a member of our Optional Team.

 

If you know Glenna, you know her infectious laugh, gigantic heart and her love for gymnastics. She tirelessly and enthusiastically coaches the Homegrown 2 team as well as classes and perhaps the hardest job of all, she works Open Gym every Friday night.

 

She will greet any stranger, a child of any age and her friends and family alike as if she has known them her whole life.
