Participants learn tumbling, stunting, teamwork, choreography flexibility, and strength

Our goal is to instill great values such as teamwork, learn to overcome obstacles and build lifelong relationships.
COMPETITIVE
CHEER
Competition cheer is an august to may sport where you learn a choreographed routine and travel to compete. We aim to go to 6 competitions in Knoxville and surrounding areas.
We practice two days a week in the summer and 3 days a week during competition season.
