I have set up accounts at picasa and youtube. For photos, go to the picasa site Our username is gymcounts, contact Lori or Rich for the password. The info is the same for uploading videos to youtube. We also have an email at gymcounts@gmail.com Please upload your stuff-I set up some folders but feel free to add more and I will hopefully make some sort of video for the end of the year.

Woodward Camp
Hello everyone! Congratulations to the girls compulsory/prep optionals on the completion of their competition season!! Whoo hooo! I believe the Georgia Gym Dawgs were a great way to end up the season. Girls you all did a wonderful job this year and I am very proud of all of you. I believe we stayed with our plan to "work smarter not harder" and I do believe that much success was achieved this year and progress was made. So once again, congratulations. Now, we will concentrate on building up STRONG BASICS over the next few weeks/months in order to get ready to build on some bigger skills during the late spring and summer months!
Good luck to the boys who will be competing at the boys state meet this weekend in Cookeville! After this weekend, your competitive season will have drawn to a close also! You all have done a wonderful job of integrating with the girls' workout and I believe all benefited from this change this year.
The optional girls will be at the "toughest" part of their season over the next few weeks, getting ready for the state competition at the end of the month. For the level 8 and 9's the state meet equals a chance to be able to move onto the next competition... Regionals. So state meets for this group turn out to being a "stepping stone" for the next competition if possible. So good luck girls and keep focused! We're almost "up the driveway" and you know what that means! So I hope you all will push through and get it done!
As I look to the summer, I have decided to make another trip to Woodward camp this summer. We will be going the week of June 12-18th. The camp is in Pennsylvania, and is about a 12 hour trip. If you think your child would be interested in attending, please email me and let me know asap. Thanks. I will be sending in the $250 deposit and application for those who want to attend this summer in order to hold our spot. I'd like to send those applications in by March 28th if possible. Maybe sooner. So, (optional girls already had a heads up about going, so this is no surprise to you all), if your boy or girl would like to join us, ask me questions, etc. and let me know. Josh will be going as well as Michael and myself. We do not go to play but to work and gain skills and knowledge! J So let me know! Thanks.
