Competitive Team Gymnastics
Competitive team gymnastics offers your child the opportunity to compete in USAG sanctioned gymnastics meets. We offer Junior Olympic Level 1-10 programs for both women and men ages 5-18. Our meet schedule varies from season to season but we mainly compete in Tennessee with occasional trips to other states such as North and South Carolina.
The USAG site provides full program details. In summary, the lower levels consist of "compulsory" competition where each gymnast is judged against a standard "routine" or set of skills on each apparatus. The higher levels consist of "optional" competition where the coaches and gymnasts select personalized "routines" or sets of skills on each apparatus.
Compulsory levels compete in several meets towards the end of each year leading up to a Tennessee State Meet at the end of the season. Optional levels compete in several meets towards the beginning of the year leading up to a Tennessee State Meet as well as Regional and National meets at the end of the season.
Compulsory gymnasts may also choose to compete during the optional season in "Prep Optional" levels designed to expose younger gymnasts to the excitement of optional level competition.

Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Recreational gymnastics classes offer your child the opportunity to build confidence, character, discipline, endurance, determination, strength, and coordination. Plus there are many other benefits that a child can take into any other sport or continue in competitive team gymnastics. We believe and see that gymnastics encourages a chile to "focus"... which usually carries over into their schoolwork and other activities.
We offer recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls 18 months and older, at varying times Monday-Friday.
Preschools gymnastics classes are offered for ages 18 months - kindergarten once a week for 45 minutes. These classes stress memory skills, loco motor skills, listening comprehension, and Kindergarten readiness as well as gymnastics skills.
Recreational gymnastics classes are offered for grades 1-12 once a week for an hour. They are designed to help children learn both basic and advanced gymnastics skills in a fun-filled atmosphere with lots of encouragement from the instructors.
We also offer a specialized cheerleading tumbling class to current or future cheerleaders looking to improve their tumbling skills.

Moms' Morning Out
Your child will participate in a 45 minute gymnastics class, a 30 minute art class, and structured preschool academic lessons and activities. Offered Thursdays 9:00am-1:00pm.

Parents' Night Out
Parents, do you need a night out just to relax, go shopping, or have a nice dinner for two? Let us take care of your children and give them a great evening of fun as well. Your child can play in the gym on the vault, bars, beam, rings, climbing rope, padded spring floor, loose foam pit, tumble track, parachute, and more. Offered Fridays 7:00-11:00pm.
Our Concession Stand offers a variety of healthy food and drinks at very reasonable prices.
